Don't have the concentration to listen due to chronic pain. Not helpful.

I installed this app and got the paid version because I have chronic migraines and was feeling desperate. I started with the brain training, and I actually found it kind of helpful for the mildest of mild headaches. However, the focus on fear of pain made things worse. Before I used this app, fear of pain never entered my mind (frustration and annoyance, yes, but I was never afraid). Now I have to worry about extra fear and anxiety that wasn't there before.

Amazing program! I'm feeling hopeful for the first time in years when it comes to my pain. Thanks so much!

This app has helped reduce the pain of my migraines, so I'm very grateful. However, they refuse to make all of the transcripts available to their exercises, so they're not accessible. It's really disappointing to see this kind of blatant ableist discrimination in an otherwise helpful app. EDIT: A word-for-word transcript is 1000x better than no transcript. You can always revise them later. Shouldn't have put out inaccessible content in the first place.

I never actually started using the app, but they refused me a refund because I just over 60 days since I paid for it. And who only does support via email, they should at least have a chat feature if not a phone number to call in a paying client has an issue. A big 👎

I think this is a decent app if you're having issues coming to terms with a chronic pain condition. This isn't where I'm at right now ( perhaps because I still have treatment options) so I didn't find the resources useful. However that is my own experience, and I can see how this might be a good tool for someone else. Lower score because the amount of emails they send out is excessive.

For some reason I can't edit my previous review regarding the pings in the first recording. The pings aren't phone notifications, they are in the recording when the speaker lists the \"four advancements in understanding pain\". They are really horrible to hear during a migraine.

Why is this so audio focused? I uninstalled because I saw no way to read these same articles. I don't like the chatty UI either, and I'm looking for a free solution. Not for me.
