    This app is helpful in being able to track when anxiety attacks happen, however I wish it had a feature to create a profile that way if you have to get a new phone all the logs are saved.

    It's really helping me when I'm feeling anxious so that's a big thing for me 🙃I use it and it distracts me from being anxious a bit it's great would like more features tho but other then that I can't fault it

    Good way to log how you are feeling. Put down notes as to when you had an anxiety attack, and details as to why.Personally find it destressing when I can log things.

    A simple app for tracking anxiety in a medically relevant way. Very easy to use and didn't require any set up at all. The team is very responsive - I had a problem opening the store and they patched out a fix for me very quickly.

    The last update made the daily tracker too easy to click through. Now I just hit a single button and skip through everything. Before I had to go through several pages which made me pause and think. More streamlined is not always better.

    I love this app! As someone who's spent time looking for the best mood trackers, this is definitely one of the best for anxiety. It's quick and easy to whip out your phone and spend a minute or two recording your anxiety. I highly suggest it if you're looking for something quick and easy to use. There is a premium version that comes with an analysis feature, but I don't use it Something I would improve: I would love it if the slider wasn't fixed on only four levels (none, mild, moderate, severe)

    So far so good. I'm using the free version to track mood through out the day and I'm on day 2. App is easy to use, loads appropriately, and I haven't had any crashes. I haven't fully checked out the functions yet though.
